• We require these days to check/test the product after which we proceed with shipping.
  • Minimum time required by our courier partners to deliver the orders are 5-15 days depending upon the pin code, some locations it can be faster.
  • In the case of a Guitar, we go through a strict Setup procedure and hence that said 7-15 working days.
  • In case of a Custom Pickups, we go through a special manufacturing & strict procedure and hence that said 20-30 working days.  
  • In case of a pre-order or special orders, the shipping will extend the period of 7-15 working days. This delay is due to the time taken to procure the product. 
  • Express Shipping is for customers based in Delhi-NCR only as our store & workshop is in the city. For other states, express shipping means it will be dispatched the next working day or can be shipped on the same day asper the customer’s request (additional courier and packing charges will be applied in the following conditions which has to be paid before dispatch of order to the “seller” or directly to the delivery person at the destination by the buyer/receiver. Our working hours for logistics are 10 am- 5:30 pm, Tuesday – Saturday. This means that the order placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on the next Tuesday.
