Once the product is shipped from our side you cannot cancel the order.
UNBOXING VIDEO IS VITAL FOR ANY REFUND OR REPLACEMENT, WITHOUT WHICH WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO HELP YOU.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (7 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply email us with all the details. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
WARRANTY
- Manufacturer’s limited warranty is available on most of products sold at The Tone Door.
- The warranty period and service varies by manufacturer and product. Products which are under Warranty and having manufacturing defects shall be repaired by Authorized Service Centers “FREE OF COST”. Customer shall show purchase-bill (and original Warranty card, if provided) for availing warranty service. The Warranty is valid within India only.
- Accessories, Replacement parts, Electronic Spare, Hardware and hardware spares do not have warranty on them unless provided by the manufacturer or supplier.
- The Shipping cost has to be borne by the Buyer (forward and return) for a warranty issue claim. In case of product having defects during warranty period, All repairs are done ‘Free of cost’ at our service centers.

REFUND WILL NOT BE GRANTED AGAINST (The following items are NOT covered by this warranty.)
- We would like to let you know that scratches on product, weight variation, breakage or damage by receiver, signs of unscrewing screws are not covered under warranty and are not liable to any kind of replacement. The batteries if at all provided with the product also have no warranty as it is provided by the company in bulk. We suggest you buy fresh good quality batteries (Duracell) to use in your product for optimum and best performance.
- We do not offer a warranty on the pickups if Miss-handled, Un-magnetized, Winding Damage or lead wire damage/cuts.
- We do not offer any warranty on Potentiometers, Switches other Electronic spare parts/goods if any signs of alterations, Rusting or corrosion, soldering found or any kind of usage is found.
- We are not liable to warranty when it comes to Potentiometers, Switches other Electronic spare parts/goods if not fitting on to guitars, basses or any equipment.
- We are not liable to warranty when it comes to Knobs or Switch Tips if not fitting onto potentiometers or switches.
- We are not liable to warranty when it comes to any cables if the connector or cable is damaged (cuts or breakage) by the user in the warranty period.
- We cannot offer warranty against finishes or cracks, splitting, or warping of wood due to changes in temperature or humidity, exposure to or contact with sun, fire, moisture, body salts and acids of perspiration, or other synthetic materials, any other chemicals or non -approved polishes.
∙ We do not take any responsibility or offer warranty on any repair, service, maintenance after 3rd day of performance of repairs, service, maintenance performed on equipments, guitars, amps.
- We cannot offer a warranty against damage, corrosion or rusting of any hardware components caused by humidity, salty air, or exposure to the moisture, body salts, and acids of perspiration.
- We would like to make clear that any damage to an instrument, product, equipment or resulting from customization or modification from factory standards will not be entertained for warranty benefit.
- We are not liable to warranty against normal wear and tear on any part of the instrument, electronic spare parts, potentiometers, switches, plated surfaces, tuning machines, pickguard, starp locks, pedal power supply, cables, connectors, hardware, etc.
- We are not liable to a warranty on damage and deterioration due to normal usage, wear, and tear, aging, accidents, neglect, abuse, alteration, misuse or Acts of Nature.
- We cannot offer any warranty or claim of the product if damage caused by Daisy Inc. pedal power supply (DCPSU001) any sort of power supply units to the product.
- We do not offer any warranty or claim on to the product if any damage caused by AXE MAX care kit series products.
- We do not offer a warranty on Products or Instruments that have been serviced or disassembled by unauthorized persons and the warranty is automatically void.

– Original packing ( packaging, warranty card, individual boxes, labels etc. ) missing
After the product is received, The Tone Door will verify it against the claim and initiate the refund or replacement accordingly. Please note that replacement would depend upon stock availability, you may have to wait till fresh stock arrives or new batch is been made, Refund will also be provided in way of reward points in the store.
If our reverse pick-up service is not available at your location, you would need to self-ship the product via reliable courier partner like DTDC, BlueDart, Delhivery, Fedex or India Post at last.
Order once placed can be canceled before shipping by emailing us but the refund amount will be credited in your account on The Tone Door in way of points. You can email us on support@thetonedoor.com for any clarifications required.
Cancellation Policy
Orders once placed cannot be Cancelled. Below are the reasons acceptable for Cancellations.
Cancellation is accepted under following circumstances only.
- We are unable to ship the product to the Buyers location.
- We do not have the product in Stock / Having extreme delay in Shipping (Pre-orders do not fall in this Category)
- The Buyer wishes to upgrade to a better product found on thetonedoor.com and is willing to pay the Difference in amount.
- Unpaid orders (Bank Transfer option) Can be canceled by informing us through Mail / Call / WhatsApp along with your Order number.
- In case the product is in stock and the Buyer still wants to cancel the product due to any circumstances before it leaves our facility, Cancellation and refund will be done after deducting the Payment gateway charges, courier packing charges (if there is any).
- In case the product as already left our facility, Cancellation will be done after deducting Payment Gateway Charges plus Forward and Return Courier Cost plus courier packing charges.
- In case of Customized guitar pickups order if the buyer wants to cancel the order, the advancement payment or the full payment done by the buyer is NON-REFUNDABLE. Its only refundable incase the project is still pending or has not been initiated.
If the Buyer wishes to cancel the order for any other Reasons, the amount of purchase will be credited as reward points for Future purchases at thetonedoor.com
This Reward points can be used to buy any product across the store. You can even make the purchase on behalf of someone. However the reward points are NON TRANSFERABLE.
The Reward points have a validity of 1 Year and can be combined with any other offers available at the time of Purchase.
